Fun film telling students to research superstitions and other questions that they might have with scientific experiments. Superstitions like groundhog day and rabbit's feet are discussed as well as everyday scientific questions. Quite interesting if you take into account the belief of god and whatnot so prevalent in this time. The Moodys wouldn't be happy.

Groundhog Day 1946
There are a couple of clues to the date of this film:
At 2:58 and again at 4:39 we see a wall calendar showing October and the 1st appearing on a Tuesday. 1946 is the only year for this era that works.
At 8:15 the girl plots the "last 10 years" of Groundhog Day research starting Feb 2 1937 and ending Feb 2 1946.
I believe this film was made during Oct 1946 and released in very late 1946 or early 1947.
